The careerzynith Listening Center is a state-of-the-art contact center that operates from 6 AM to 7 PM Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Saturdays, and closed Sundays, Mountain Time. Our team of dedicated professionals is committed to providing top-notch customer service, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impression. As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of this effort, working from the comfort of your own home to deliver exceptional experiences to our valued customers.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, addressing their concerns and scheduling necessary appointments.
  • Determine customer needs and communicate effectively to leave them feeling comfortable, informed, and heard.
  • Document and update customer records, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty and trust.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and uphold careerzynith's standards of professionalism and integrity.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Proficient computer skills, capable of managing multiple systems, and able to type 40+ wpm.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks to work efficiently.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!
  • Must be located in Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, or Iowa.
