Job Responsibilities



  • Address the needs of inbound callers to achieve first call resolution, following established call flows and guidelines

  • Collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues related to claims, provider searches, and benefits

  • Maintain professionalism while documenting all interactions in accordance with Quality Assurance Guidelines

  • Adhere to scheduled work hours and maintain production and adherence standards

  • Assist callers with various inquiries while managing potential frustrations and complaints


Requirements



  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel

  • Experience using dual monitors and multiple applications simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications



  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Accurate keyboard skills with a demonstrated ability to enter data efficiently
