Remote Inside Sales Representatives
We're looking for a few motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Dover, NH. After completing one to two weeks of on‑site training in Dover, NH, this position becomes fully remote.
You must reside in either NH or MA to be considered for this position.
As an integral part of our client's company, you'll speak directly with potential clients over the phone to generate appointments. To thrive in this role, you should be goal‑driven, passionate about sales, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Successful candidates will bring strong communication, and customer service skills to the team.
SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
SALARY:
$18-$20 per hour, depending on experience
LOCATION:
Dover, NH (Initial 1-2 weeks on-site training; fully remote afterward)
You must reside in either NH or MA to be considered for this position.
- WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Actively reach out to warm customers to set appointments through WARM-calling and emailing
- Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits
- Advise customers on appropriate product selections based on their needs
- Collaborate with sales teams to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Follow up on inquiries from website chats, emails, and inbound calls
- Schedule meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives
- WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- High school diploma or GED
- Dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft applications
- Proven sales mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent consultative sales abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
