About the position
- Responsibilities
- Create and manage course shells within the LMS, ensuring consistency, organization, and ease of navigation for users.
- Collaborate with instructors and content creators to upload, update, and organize course materials.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to course shells and user access.
- Facilitate the transition process from the existing LMS to newer versions, ensuring minimal disruptions to ongoing learning activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, training coordinators, and subject matter experts, to plan and execute LMS migration strategy.
- Offer ongoing support to address questions, concerns, and technical issues related to the LMS.
- Plan, design, develop, and deploy instructional materials in an online format.
- Promote continuous quality improvements to courses and programs, lead program instructor training, and explore marketing strategies that will promote program content and assist with student retention and recruitment.
- Requirements

- Experience with instructional design principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Technical troubleshooting skills related to online course delivery.
