Remote Labor & Employment Attorney (Plaintiff-Side)
We are seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney with prior experience in employment law litigation to join a growing Los Angeles-based plaintiff-side employment law firm. This is a fully remote position (California-based candidates preferred), offering flexibility and strong long-term growth potential.
While this is a plaintiff-side role, candidates with defense-side employment law experience are strongly encouraged to apply. The firm values attorneys who understand both sides of employment litigation and can bring strategic insight to case development and resolution.
- Practice Areas
- Wage & hour litigation (including class actions and PAGA matters)
- Individual employment claims (discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination)
- FEHA claims
- Pre-litigation and demand work
- Depositions, motions practice, mediation, and trial preparation
- Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of employment matters from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand letters
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
- Develop litigation strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys
- Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
- Qualifications
- Active California Bar license (required)
- 1+ years of Labor & Employment law experience (plaintiff or defense)
- Experience handling wage & hour and/or discrimination matters
- Strong litigation skills, including drafting and motions practice
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $110,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
