Qualify cases and confirm eligibility using defined criteria
Guide clients through the sign-up process and secure retainers
Hand off cases to attorneys and lead paralegals with complete and accurate information
With your teammates, maintain responsiveness as a key builder of trust with every partner

5+ years in client-facing intake or sales roles, ideally in legal services
Excellent communicator who can build trust quickly
Stay calm and focused under pressure
Comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
