Remote Litigation Paralegal (California Only)
Location: Remote (must reside in California) Employment Type: Full-Time
- We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team on a fully remote basis. This position is open only to candidates currently residing in California . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.Responsibilities:
- Provide litigation support from case inception through trial and resolution
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, discovery, motions, and subpoenas
- Manage deadlines, calendars, and court filings (state and federal)
- Assist with discovery responses, document production, and organization
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel
- Maintain case files and manage documents using electronic filing systems
- Support trial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders
- Qualifications:
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Strong knowledge of California civil procedure and court rules
- Experience with e-filing in California state and/or federal courts
- Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office (or similar platforms)
- Paralegal certificate
