Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Live Chat Agents/Customer Service Representatives . In this role, you will provide prompt, friendly, and efficient support to customers via live chat, helping to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Ā Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat in a courteous and professional manner.
Ā Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding products, services, orders, billing, or technical issues.
Ā Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues appropriately when needed.
Ā Maintain clear records of customer interactions.
Ā Follow communication guidelines and company policies to ensure consistency and quality service.
Ā Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Ā Excellent written communication skills and good typing speed.
Ā Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred, but not required.
Ā Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt to various customer personalities.
Ā Must possess empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
Ā Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and chat software.
Ā Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
