About the Opportunity
We're seeking a talented Data Analyst to work with our client on a full-time remote basis until the end of 2024 (with potential extension). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, mining, generation, and visualization, with a focus on Market-to-Order processes across various platforms such as e-Commerce, B2B, Salesforce, SAP, and Service Max.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Market-to-Order IT leads to understand reporting needs, KPIs, and critical metrics, delivering valuable insights for decision-making.
- Collect and analyze data from various Market-to-Order applications, detecting trends, patterns, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Service, Analytics, and IT, to support data-driven decisions.
- Oversee key reports related to the Global Commercialization Organization (GCO) and Global Supply Chain (GSC), ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
- Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations to improve data accessibility and usability, leveraging tools like Power BI.
- Investigate and implement best practices to optimize processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Present comprehensive analysis and findings to management, communicating complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a data analyst, with expertise in data mining, evaluation, and visualization.
- Strong proficiency in handling data across platforms like e-Commerce, Salesforce, SAP, and Service Max.
- Advanced Excel abilities, including vlookups, hlookups, formulas, and pivot tables.
- Proficiency in building reports using Power BI, with the ability to design and maintain dashboards and visualizations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence, with experience using these tools to manage projects and collaborate with teams.
