[Remote] Marketing Research Spec II

The role involves performing primary and secondary research to inform strategy and business implications within the healthcare industry.
- Responsibilities
- Plans and conducts qualitative and quantitative research projects to completion, including but not limited to design, data collection, tabulation, analysis and presentation
- Develops and performs analysis of research utilizing various methods of data and sample collection according to established statistical methods (i.e. surveys, questionnaires, in-depth interviewing, etc.)
- Creates analyses and presentations which highlight research findings
- Develops and maintains ongoing relationships with research suppliers/consultants to coordinate and supervise research projects
- Consults with internal clients to integrate research and analysis to support key project initiatives
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
- Skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- Requires minimum of two (2) years experience conducting market research, preferably in the healthcare or health insurance industry
- Requires knowledge of research techniques and resources
- Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and supporting software in a Windows based environment, including MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes; Should be knowledgeable in the use of intranet and internet applications
