Remote Medical Coder
OnPoint Healthcare Solutions is seeking detail-oriented and experienced Inpatient & Outpatient Coders!
Position Summary: The Medical Coder is responsible for accurately assigning codes for either inpatient or outpatient encounters.
Responsibilities: TheCoding Specialist is required to review, evaluate, and code chart encounters for either inpatient or outpatient charts.
- Qualifications:
- CPC, CCS, COC, RHIT, or RHIA certification
- Minimum 5 years of coding experience
- Strong knowledge of CPT coding guidelines
- Proficient in the use of Epic and 3M 360 CAC
- Ability to work from home using high-speed internet
