They are seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney to manage third-party insurance coverage matters and collaborate with the team while working remotely.
- Responsibilities
- Manage third-party insurance coverage matters
- Handle third-party insurance defense matters (limited volume of cases)
- Run cases autonomously while collaborating effectively with the broader team
- Attend and handle court appearances, hearings, and depositions on a regular basis
- Maintain proactive client communication and prepare monthly status updates/reports
- Thrive in a fast-paced practice while consistently producing high-quality work
- Skills
- Minimum 7 years of experience in insurance coverage
- Some flexibility on licensing, may not need to be licensed in Texas, but should have some experience with Texas Law
- Specific experience handling third party insurance defense work
- Specific experience handling third-party insurance coverage work
- Maintain an average of 160 hours per month
