Remote Outbound Sales Representative (Insurance Trainee) – High Call Volume

Nathan Gibbs & Associates is a fast-growing insurance agency building a high-performance virtual sales team. We are NOT looking for order takers — we are looking for driven, competitive, energetic outbound sales reps who want to grow into licensed agents.
About the Role:
You will start as a Remote Outbound Sales Representative focused on:
Making high-volume outbound calls (80–120+ per day)
Warming up leads and re-engaging past prospects
Setting appointments and transferring warm opportunities
Following structured scripts and hitting daily KPIs
Building a strong pipeline for our licensed sales agents
No insurance experience is required — we will license and train the right people.
What You’ll Do:
Make outbound calls with confidence, energy, and urgency
Connect with prospects using a proven script
Qualify warm leads and prepare them for quotes
Update CRM notes and follow workflows
Hit daily/weekly activity goals (calls, talk time, transfers, follow-ups)
Study for your insurance licensing exam once you prove yourself in the role
After licensing, transition to a full Sales Producer (LSP) role
