Remote Payroll/Human Resource Associate
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll/Human Resource Associate to join our team at Workwarp. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing our semi-monthly payroll, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process semi-monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain payroll records, including data entry and reconciliation
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
- Coordinate leave requests, process employee changes, and adhere to payroll policies and procedures
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records
- Create, review, and track various spreadsheets and reports
- Distribute wages through Fintwist pay cards, manual checks, or bank accounts
- Collaborate with Field Support for corrections and meet payroll deadlines
- Manage various employee relation issues and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Human Resource and Payroll experience with 200+ employees
- Experience working with Payroll Systems and strong knowledge of Federal and State Laws
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask
