Remote Ping One Support Specialist - Competitive Hourly Rate & Long-Term Opportunity

As a Ping One Support Specialist, you will have the chance to work with a range of technologies, including PingOne Identity suites, Java development, and various IAM-related protocols.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in identity, access management, or related fields, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Ping One support
- Direct hands-on experience implementing and supporting multiple components of the PingOne Identity suites (PingOne, PingDavinci, PingOneVerify, etc.) and Java development experience
- Experience configuring identity provider and service provider components in federated integrations, as well as adaptive multi-factor authentication and orchestration of the identity life cycle
- Strong understanding of IAM-related protocols, such as SAML, WS-Federation, OpenID, OAuth, LDAP, SCIM, SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML/HTML
- Technical expertise in authentication and authorization techniques, standards, and state-of-the-art capabilities
- Experience with cloud computing architecture, technical design, and implementations, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS delivery models
- Ability to communicate complex information on risks and security issues in a clear and actionable manner
- Strong experience with directories, SSO, federation, delegated administration, and customer identity and access management (CIAM)
