Schedule Options:
• Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM local time
or
• Sunday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM local time

Pay: $53.00

We are seeking a Remote Pharmacist for a fully work-from-home opportunity. The primary function of this role is to review and complete criteria-based prior authorizations in accordance with policy and procedure.

This is intended to be a contract-to-hire opportunity, though permanent conversion is not guaranteed.

What We’re Looking For

We are open to a wide range of pharmacist backgrounds, including new graduates, as long as they demonstrate strong potential and leadership qualities.

Preferred Background
• Strong retail pharmacy experience
• Pharmacy Manager experience is highly preferred
• Staff Pharmacist experience with 2+ years at the same company
• Leadership skills
• Residency and/or fellowship experience is a plus

Prior Authorization / PBM Experience

Not required

However, if candidates do have this background, preferred experience includes:
• 1+ year of experience in a PBM setting
• Prior authorization experience specifically within PBM
• Not MTM-only experience

Candidate Red Flags / Avoid

Please avoid candidates with:
• Unexplained job gaps
• A pattern of frequent job changes every 4-12 months

Work-From-Home Requirements

Candidates must understand and confirm the following:
• They are required to provide their own high-speed internet
• Minimum home internet speed must be:
• 25 Mbps download
• 3 Mbps upload
• Internet speed must be verified through Speedtest.net
• A smartphone is required to download the VPN token
• They must have a private, secure workspace
• They will be required to be on camera during trainings and team meetings
• Their current living situation must be stable and suitable for remote work
• They must comply with all Teleworker Privacy Practices
• They must ensure company equipment and confidential information are protected from unauthorized access
• During work hours, the workspace must be dedicated to business use only
• Conversations must not be overheard, and screens/documents must not be visible to others
• When not actively working, the computer must be shut down or locked

Resume Submission Requirements

At the top of each resume, candidates must include:
• A Speedtest screenshot from Speedtest showing:
• Internet provider
• Download speed
• Upload speed
• An active pharmacist license in the candidate’s state of residence
• The license information must include dates showing the license is active
