The role involves managing large platform modernization projects while serving dual responsibilities as a Scrum Master and Project Manager.

Serving as both Scrum Master and Project Manager
Budget management responsibilities include resource hours/costs, SOW, infrastructure, and cloud expenses
Experience managing Agile and Hybrid projects (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, etc.)
Proficient in developing detailed project plans, roadmaps, and executive presentations (skilled in PowerPoint)
Experienced in providing status updates, including risk and issue updates, to senior leadership
Capable of facilitating both technical and business discussions

Must be US citizen or Green Card
Must be working in the healthcare industry now
Experience managing large platform modernization or transformational projects/programs
