Remote Property Listing Data Entry Specialist

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Accurately entering property information into our database, including property descriptions, features, pricing, and availability


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure up-to-date and accurate listings on our website and other online platforms


• Conducting regular quality checks to maintain data integrity and making necessary updates or corrections


• Assisting with resolving data discrepancies or issues and researching relevant property information from various sources


• Staying informed about current market trends and updating property data accordingly

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional education in business or real estate being an advantage


• Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles, with strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Proficiency in using data entry software and tools, excellent organizational and time management skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills


• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, with knowledge of the real estate industry being a plus
