Job Responsibilities:


As a Regional Recruiter, you will be responsible for:



  • Managing full-lifecycle recruiting for high-volume non-exempt and exempt positions

  • Building relationships with hiring managers to understand their departments and job specifications

  • Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of quality passive candidates using innovative recruiting strategies

  • Screening resumes and managing candidates throughout the hiring process

  • Ensuring compliance with legal standards in recruiting practices


Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you should have:



  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, preferably in the construction or operations industry

  • Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools, and candidate messaging platforms

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse

  • Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field preferred


Preferred Qualifications:


If you have the following skills, you'll stand out from the crowd:



  • Experience in recruiting exempt sales roles in the construction industry or similar operations sectors

  • Knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods, including Boolean searches

  • Ability to travel when required (less than 10%)
