Elite Talent Consulting is a highly respected national labor & employment law firm seeking an Arizona-barred Labor & Employment Counsel to join its fully remote legal team. The role focuses on employer-side legal work without business development responsibilities, offering flexibility and autonomy for experienced attorneys.

Handle administrative agency charges (EEOC, ACRD, DOL, etc.)
Respond to attorney demand letters and shape pre-litigation strategy
Support single-plaintiff litigation and EPLI matters
Draft position statements, pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
Collaborate with a fully remote team of attorneys, partners, and paralegals
Deliver efficient, high-quality legal work with no in-person requirements

5–7+ years of employment law experience
Demonstrated strength in legal writing, organization, and case management
Self-directed and able to thrive in a remote-first environment
Employer-side employment law experience strongly preferred
Prior law firm experience strongly preferred
Active Arizona bar admission preferred
Additional state bar admissions a plus, but not required
Experience with EPLI defense or administrative agency proceedings is a plus
