Position – Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect
Duration – Longterm Contract
Location – Remote
- Essential Skills:
- Should have 13+ years of experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE / Pardot).
- Experience configuring Engagement Studio journeys, automation rules, scoring models, dynamic lists, and campaign hierarchies.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data360) and audience activation concepts.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) or behavioral marketing platforms.
- Understanding of email deliverability best practices including IP warming, sender reputation, bounce management, and email validation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) architecture and marketing automation ecosystem.
- Experience working in high-volume campaign operations environments.
- Ability to collaborate with distributed delivery teams (onsite + offshore).
