Remote SAP Support Desk Agent - Immediate Start

Join Our Team as a SAP Support Desk Agent and Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated SAP Support Desk Agents to join our team, providing top-notch support to our clients' end-users across various locations. As a SAP Support Desk Agent, you will play a vital role in resolving SAP-related issues, answering questions, and ensuring seamless customer experience. This is a fully remote, temporary position with a competitive salary range of $25.00 - $35.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and issues related to SAP modules, including Sales & Distribution (SD), Finance (FI), Warehouse Management (WM), and Supply Chain/Logistics (MM, PP, PM, QM, TM)


• Provide first-line support, resolving issues, and offering workarounds when possible


• Triage and escalate complex issues to Level 2 support teams as needed


• Maintain accurate records of incidents, problems, and resolutions


• Collaborate with client SMEs and project teams to enhance documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recent experience in SAP functional support, preferably in one of the listed SAP disciplines (FI, SD, MM, WM, PP, etc.)


• Outstanding communication and customer service skills


• Ability to triage issues and determine whether they are functional, data, or infrastructure-related


• Experience with S/4HANA and SAP functional configuration is a plus


• 1+ year of experience supporting SAP end-users
