Our client, a rapidly growing multinational corporation, is seeking a Remote Senior HR Business Partner to support their global operations teams. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to provide strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders and employees across different regions. You will serve as a key point of contact for all employee relations matters, talent management initiatives, organizational development, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in partnering with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, drive change management, and foster a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities include talent acquisition and retention strategies, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws in various jurisdictions. You will leverage your expertise to coach managers on HR best practices, facilitate employee development programs, and contribute to building a strong organizational culture. As a remote HR professional, you will utilize digital communication and collaboration tools effectively to build strong relationships and deliver impactful HR solutions. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of global HR practices, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are highly desirable. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a significant portion spent as an HR Business Partner supporting multiple business units or global operations. Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and change management. Strong understanding of global employment laws and HR compliance. Excellent communication, influencing, and coaching skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR technology platforms. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a remote environment. Strategic thinking and business acumen.
