We're seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the development of our store investigation and data solutions, driving business growth and customer success. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in predictive analytics, AI/ML, and data platforms to inform product strategy and deliver impactful solutions.


Job Summary:


In this part-time remote role, you will be responsible for buying and driving key components of a long-term product portfolio strategy, enabling insights and analytics across our global network of physical stores. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to champion customer success, articulate a compelling product story, and drive delivery of data-driven solutions.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Be client-driven: work backward from the customer, understand their concerns and journeys, and actively champion their success

  • Be a strategic thought leader: build the product strategy, articulate it in a simple and compelling story, define the product roadmap with requirements, and drive alignment with cross-functional teams

  • Focus on impact: understand what success looks like, define it, measure it, and deliver on it

  • Collaborate and communicate: bring cross-functional teams along on the journey through collaboration and clear communication

  • Understand our technology stack and influence future investments: #databricks, #tableau, #arcgis, #alteryx, #cloudcomputing, #saas, #paas, #bi

  • Launch and iterate: launch solutions and learn, then repeat - iteratively delivering value by managing the entire product development lifecycle

  • Optimize and innovate: reduce the complexity of solutions and systems supporting our customers while driving innovation through experimentation with new data sets and capabilities


Requirements:



  • Proven ability to use analytics and optimization tools to inform product planning and prioritization (4 years)

  • Proven ability to work with design and engineering to deliver customer-facing features (4 years)

  • Hands-on experience in creating roadmaps, needs, features, story frames, writing user stories, refining product backlogs, and planning/prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast-paced, changing environment (4 years)

  • Industry experience in a technology environment with a record of successfully delivering complex products (4+ years)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to quickly master new systems and/or processes, ability to stay organized while managing competing demands

  • Previous programming experience or equivalent

  • Hands-on experience in creating technical roadmaps, and story frames, writing user stories, refining product backlogs, and planning/prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast-moving, changing environment

  • Detail- and results-oriented, able to analyze data to justify product decisions and apply key learnings
