Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned SNOW Functional Consultant ITOM to design, implement, and manage ITAM solutions using industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience in architecting, designing, and developing Service Asset & Configuration Management, as well as designing ServiceNow CMDB solutions that maintain CMDB integrity and support other ITSM processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ITAM solutions using industry best practices
- Architect, design, and develop Service Asset & Configuration Management
- Design ServiceNow CMDB solutions that maintain CMDB integrity and support other ITSM processes
- Implement and manage asset, vulnerability, and Discovery integrations with other systems
- Develop and execute plans for updating CI data, including automated processes and discovery tools
- Integrate Discovery with ServiceNow CMDB and implement ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements:
Mandatory Experience:
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow
- 8+ years of experience in the IT industry
- Experience in solutioning and designing ITAM solutions using industry best practices
- Hands-on experience with implementing CMDB, CSDM, SAM, and Service Catalogs in ServiceNow
- In-depth knowledge of data modeling and experience with integrations of Discovery with ServiceNow CMDB
Desirable Experience:
- Experience working on CSM, ITAM, and ITOM projects
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and latest features
Education and Certifications:
- Certified System Admin
- CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery, CIS-HAM certifications
- ITIL4 Foundations certification (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
