Remote Software Engineer (Node JS) - ProSource BPO

Job Description:
• Guide a team in the design and delivery of application code within our Research, Design, Delivery and Evaluation framework
• Planning and delivery of roadmap items
• Responsibility for quality of the team’s technical deliverables
• Technical touch point for engineers in the team
• Help to shape requirements in the product backlogs
• Mentor and teach best practices, technologies and programming languages/frameworks
• Collaborate with Principal Engineers and other Tech Leads to identify and scope technical priorities
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Managers to prioritize technical work in the product roadmaps and backlogs
• Participate in/lead people development initiatives (Guilds, Lunch & Learns, Hackathons, engagement initiatives etc.)

Qualifications:
• With 3+ years of experience in Managing a team
• With 6+ years of relevant experience in Node.js
• Professional experience with relational databases (e.g: MySQL and key/value store databases)
• With 2 to 5 yrs Experience in AWS such as EC2, Kinesis, SQS, ElastiCache, Lambda, and etc
• Complex problem solving skills and forward thinking
• Passionate and willing to adapt about coaching and developing engineering best practices
