Remote Speech Therapy in NM
A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist skilled in telespeech services within an educational setting. This role focuses on delivering remote speech therapy support to students, utilizing telepractice technology to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations via telepractice
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students needs
- Collaborate with educators and families remotely to support student communication goals
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulations regarding telespeech services
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience providing speech therapy services through telepractice platforms
- Strong understanding of speech and language development in school-age children
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently within a remote service delivery approach
