Remote Strategy Analyst; San Francisco

Position: Remote Strategy Analyst (San Francisco) Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and results-driven Strategy Analyst to join our team. This role plays a critical part in shaping corporate strategy, driving data-informed decision-making, and identifying growth opportunities across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen, analytical rigor, and business insight to support executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Hybrid work arrangements are supported for U.S. -based applicants. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Planning & Analysis • Support development and execution of short- and long-term strategic initiatives • Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis • Identify emerging trends and assess potential business impacts • Evaluate new market entry strategies and expansion opportunities • Financial Modeling & Forecasting • Build and maintain financial models to support business cases and investment decisions • Develop revenue projections, cost analyses, and scenario planning models • Analyze financial performance data and identify opportunities for improvement • Support budgeting and forecasting processes • Business Intelligence & Reporting • Translate complex data into clear, executive-level presentations • Prepare dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership • Monitor performance metrics and recommend corrective actions when necessary • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with finance, operations, marketing, and executive teams • Provide analytical support for major initiatives and special projects • Assist in evaluating partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, or new product initiatives Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field • Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, financial analysis, or related field • Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools • Strong presentation and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in strategic planning or consulting environments • Knowledge of financial modeling best practices • Familiarity with performance analytics and business intelligence systems • Experience presenting to executive leadership Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $125,000 – $140,000 per year • Annual Performance Bonus: Typically 10–20% of base salary • 401(k) Retirement Plan • Comprehensive Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • Life Insurance • Paid Time Off and Company Holidays • Professional Development and Training Opportunities Work Schedule & Flexibility • Full-Time and Part-Time positions available • Hybrid work environment available • Standard business hours with flexibility based on business needs Eligibility Requirements • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job
