- Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of the markets and the ability and inclination to develop a robust approach to an execution strategy.
- Analyze market flows and current themes to generate alpha
- Participate in the design and formation of trading systems and strategies; continuously work with team members to improve these systems.
- Stay current with changes in system functionality, market structure changes, and industry developments
- Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Very strong verbal reasoning skills
- Currently trading the US Markets
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand and query data
- Good problem-solving ability
- Able to multi-task and work on multiple projects at once
- Proven idea generation and investment track record
- Must have a sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
