Job description: Charlotte's Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in the Lake Wylie area in finding a Full-Time Nanny/House Manager for their 11 year old son and 9 year old daughter. The nanny would typically be needed Monday - Friday 2:30 pm -8:30 pm. (30hrs)



The best Nanny/House Manager for this family would be reliable, fun, have a sense of humor, and be comfortable working with school aged children. The family is looking for a Nanny/House Manager that would be organized and help keep the children on schedule. The Nanny/ House Manager will do school pick-up each day and take the children to their various activities. Their son is very involved in basketball and their daughter will be taking tennis and swimming lessons, both children will also have tutoring after school twice a week. When the children do not have tutoring or activities after school, the Nanny/House Manager should be active and engaged with the children, help them with their homework, go on walks and bike rides, and play board games. The children also love playing on their Ipads. During down time and school breaks the Nanny/House manager should plan fun activities for the children, like going to the park, the library, and other outings in the community. During the hours the children are in school, the Nanny/House Manager would help with family errands, grocery shopping, keeping inventory of household essentials, and organizational projects.



Nanny Responsibilities Include:



Meeting daily scheduling needs of the children



Picking the children up from school



Transporting the children to activities after school



Helping with homework



Engaging with the children on an age appropriate level



Playing with the children both inside and outside the home



Household Duties Include (Children are first priority):



Children's laundry and changing children's sheets weekly



Children's meal prep, preparing school lunches for the next day



Sanitizing frequently used surfaces by the children



Unloading/loading dishwasher



Keeping the children's areas organized and assist the children in keeping their areas tidy



Picking up Groceries



Running errands



Organizing



Qualifications:



Have at least 3 years of professional nanny experience



Have a college degree or equivalent experience



Have a professional resume



Fill out a complete online application



Pass a pre-screening interview with Charlotte's Best Nanny Agency



Pass a national background check, including driving record check



Have a valid driver's license



Have safe and reliable transportation



Have a minimum of three professional references



Be non smoking/vaping



Be able to swim



CPR and First Aid Certified



Nanny should be fluent in English, any additional languages are a plus



It is Preferred The Nanny/House Manager be up to date on vaccinations including the Covid-19 vaccine and booster and the annual Flu Vaccine, prior to starting the position.



Start Date, Salary, and Benefits:



This position starts ASAP



Legal pay is offered at $22.00 - $25.00 an hour, negotiable depending on experience



Continued pay while family is away
