Retail Visual Merchandiser Needed for Jewelry Store

We are a high-volume piercing and body jewelry retailer opening a new store and reorganizing an existing one. We are seeking an experienced Retail Visual Merchandiser / Planogram Specialist with jewelry experience to design sales-driven planograms using existing display fixtures.

This role requires an understanding of customer buying behavior.

Scope of Work

Create tray-by-tray retail planograms for a full jewelry display

Use only existing physical display fixtures (dimensions and photos provided)

Place products based on:

Revenue performance

SKU sell-through

Stone size, color, and metal trends

Cross-body-part versatility (e.g., flat-back systems)

Identify:

Underperforming SKUs to eliminate or replace

High-performing styles to duplicate or expand

Items to isolate for perceived value (premium/presentation strategy)

Organize trays by:

Core sellers

Upsell opportunities

Premium / feature placements

Provide clear labeling per tray:

Tray number

Category / purpose

Notes for ordering & replenishment
