ABOUT THE ROLE
We're a home services company selling annual maintenance plans directly to homeowners. Our leads are warm — homeowners who've already expressed interest in protecting their property. We need an experienced, confident closer who can convert those conversations into signed agreements.
This is not a cold-calling grind. You'll be working real inbound and semi-warm outbound prospects. Every closed deal pays a flat $300 commission — no ceiling, no quotas to unlock your pay.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Conduct consultative phone or video calls with homeowner prospects
- Understand their pain points and present our maintenance plan as the clear solution
- Overcome objections with confidence, not pressure tactics
- Follow up with leads who didn't close on the first call
- Track your pipeline and report closes promptly so commissions are logged
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven closer — show us your track record
- Experience selling to homeowners, B2C services, or home improvement is a strong plus
- Excellent spoken English and a professional, trustworthy phone presence
- Self-motivated — you treat your pipeline like your own business
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal hand-holding
- CRM experience (even basic tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Google Sheets)
COMPENSATION & DETAILS
- $300 flat commission per completed sale — paid weekly via Upwork
- Performance-only engagement — no hourly floor
- Strong closers routinely close 3–7 deals per week
- Flexible hours — work when your leads are available
- Long-term contract for the right candidate
HOW TO APPLY
