Annual 1st YEAR OTE: 90,000 - 120,000 USD per year We are building an elite team of mission-driven, growth-obsessed Sales Development Representative (SDR) professionals who want to perform at the highest level, serve clients at a transformational level, and earn serious economic upside for doing it. Drive enrollment into Tony Robbins’ world-class transformational events

Lead powerful discovery conversations with clients seeking breakthrough

Build emotional leverage and guide clients toward decisive action

Operate inside a high-performance outbound sales environment

Deliver an exceptional client experience while closing high-ticket offers

Track performance through KPIs and conversion metrics Daily Activity Expectations

80–100+ outbound calls per day

Engage leads within the Robbins Research database

Develop referral pipelines from past clients

Maintain strong CRM discipline (Salesforce)
