Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Inbound Leads (Remote, Part-Time → Full-Time)

People reach out to us every day because they’re in pain and looking for answers — your role is to be the first real conversation they have about getting help.

We’re a performance-focused physical therapy clinic that works directly with active adults and athletes. This is a true inbound sales role focused on real conversations with people who have already raised their hand for help — not cold calling or high-pressure tactics.

Remote role
Some in-office training initially (to learn our services and how we’re different)
Part-time to start (~20–30 hours/week), with opportunity to grow into full-time

Talk with inbound leads (ads, website, referrals, past clients)
Ask thoughtful, open-ended questions to understand goals, concerns, and urgency
Guide people toward scheduling their first visit
Navigate common objections (time, money, “I need to think about it”) in a respectful, consultative way
Follow up with leads so no one falls through the cracks
Log conversations and next steps in our CRM

Consistent attended evaluations from your bookings
High show rates
Every lead has a clear next step
More people saying yes → more people getting help

Have 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing sales experience
Are comfortable on the phone and enjoy talking to people
Ask good questions and listen well
Can talk about money without getting awkward
Are coachable and enjoy improving your sales skills
Pick up new terminology quickly (basic health literacy is helpful, but no medical background required)

You dislike phone-heavy roles
You prefer behind-the-scenes work
You’re looking for a clinical or admin position

Base pay: $20–$30/hour (based on experience)
Performance incentives: $30–$40 per attended evaluation
Total earning potential: $40,000–$60,000+ annually as the role grows(pro-rated for part-time to start, with opportunity to increase hours and earnings as volume increases)
