    VDB is a B2B jewelry technology company serving retailers, brands, and dealers worldwide. We provide a full suite of tools that help jewelry businesses sell smarter, both online and in-store. Our platform includes:
  • A global marketplace for diamonds, gemstones, and lab-grown diamonds
  • Shopify-integrated storefronts and ring builder tools for jewelry e-commerce

We work with retailers of all sizes to help them modernize their sourcing, showcasing, and selling of jewelry. Our team of ~100 operates across multiple time zones and moves fast.

The Role

We're looking for a Sales Executive who can drive new business by reaching jewelry retailers and convincing them that VDB's technology will transform how they operate. This is a hunter role. You'll be building a pipeline from scratch, running product demos, and closing deals.

    What you'll do:
  • Identify and pursue jewelry retailers, e-commerce brands, and dealers who would benefit from VDB's SaaS and marketplace products
  • Own the full outbound sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, discovery, demo, negotiation, close
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations that connect VDB's tools to a retailer's real business challenges
  • Collaborate with product and marketing to refine messaging based on what you're hearing in the market
  • Track and manage your pipeline with discipline, providing accurate forecasts
    What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling e-commerce platforms, POS systems, marketplace tools, or similar commerce technology
  • Proven ability to prospect and close new business through outbound efforts
  • Comfortable running live product demos and translating technical features into business outcomes
  • Experience selling to small and mid-size retail businesses is a strong plus
  • Self-starter mentality. You don't wait for leads to come to you
  • Knowledge of the jewelry industry is a bonus, not a requirement. We'll teach you the industry; you bring the sales skills

Compensation is structured around performance. You'll have a competitive base, but the real upside comes from commission with no ceiling. If you close, you earn.
