Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing B2B travel technology business in Civitfun (Part of HBX Group). In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, driving revenue growth, and representing the Civitfun and HBX Group brands in the market.
You will play a key role in expanding our reach across hotels and travel partners by helping them digitalise operational processes and enhance the guest experience. This is a full-cycle sales role, from lead generation through to closing and onboarding, with a strong focus on delivering a seamless client journey.
Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through phone, email, and video engagement.
Execute a high volume of daily and weekly outreach activities to generate and close new business opportunities.
Manage the full end-to-end B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Promote and position Civitfun and HBX Group solutions, clearly articulating product value and benefits, including PMS integrations.
Manage a diverse portfolio of opportunities, including independent hotels, local chains, and global groups.
Guide prospects through the decision-making and closing process, addressing questions and overcoming objections.
Ensure high-quality onboarding by collecting accurate client and billing information.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and opportunities in Pipedrive CRM.
Prepare and deliver weekly reports on sales performance and pipeline progress.
Required Skillset
Strong understanding of sales within the hospitality or travel industry.
Proven ability to manage a full B2B sales cycle independently.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritise effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong customer-centric mindset.
Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in the travel or tourism industry.
Experience selling B2B software or technology solutions is a strong advantage.
Degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field is a plus.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Additional languages (Portuguese, Italian, or French) are a plus.
Technical Skills
Familiarity with PMS systems is highly desirable.
Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Pipedrive.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
General understanding of technical solutions used in sales environments.
