Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM (with some flexibility during peak seasons)-

Job Description:

We’re hiring a Sales Office Assistant to support our fast-growing home services brands:

Winter Wonderlights – Seasonal Christmas light installations

Bright Home Exterior Services – Gutter cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, low-voltage landscape lighting

BlinkLights – Permanent programmable roofline & event lighting

You’ll play a critical role in supporting the sales team, managing communications, closing warm leads, and running our day-to-day social media presence.

Responsibilities:

Answer and respond to inbound inquiries via phone, text, email, and social platforms

Assist with quoting, scheduling, and customer follow-ups

Manage and grow brand visibility on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

Post and schedule content, respond to messages/comments, and promote seasonal offers

Use Zoho CRM, Zoho Dialer, and Jobber to manage lead flow and schedules

Close small inbound sales when appropriate (repeat customers, upgrades, etc.)

Keep customer records and communication logs accurate and up to date-

Requirements:

Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or office coordination

Experience selling warranty and/or annual maintenance packages

Comfortable with phone sales and closing small deals

Confident using and managing social media platforms for a brand

Organized and self-motivated with strong attention to detail

Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Dialer, or Jobber is a plus

Based in or near Roswell, GA

Must be dependable, tech-savvy, and able to work in a fast-paced environment-

Compensation:

Hourly Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience)

Bonuses for lead closing and sales performance
