Job Description- Advertising Sales- phone sales cold calls B2B
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH OUTBOUND B2B SALES CALLS
- West Coast Business Hours 9 AM to 6 PM (F/T or P/T)
- Outbound sales experience closing experience preferrable
- If you are outside the United States, consideration will be based on those that can speak fluent English
About us: We Sell Sponsorship Advertisement Space for a Charity Program Publications- Fundraising background is helpful.
Comp Plans Flexible Programs: Monthly, and 1/2 year bonuses for top performers. Excellent earning potential year one $80,000 plus for those top gun closers. Year two $100,000 plus potential for the leaders.
1) Become a full-time or part-time W2 Employee after 4 to 6 weeks probationary period as an Independent Contractor. Pay based on generous commission plan starting out. Accelerated pay every 3 days after a sale during the probationary period.
Available for Fulltime and Part Time Pays 24% to 29% of the sale amount, plus excel bonuses for sales goals achieved. (earn $32,000 to $80,000 annually, based on number of ads sold, 1 vs 2 per day)
Unlimited Opportunities: once the probationary period is over, earn a guaranteed monthly salary of $1,900, plus commission, plus bonuses.
Selling 3 Ads Per Day can earn over $100,000 per year (Not yet accomplished)
2) Pay Per Call (Fulltime Only) - Be paid for outbound calls made daily, plus commission. Limited opportunities. Pays minimal commission compared to plan one listed above.
Earn $1,000 to $2,000 per month for outbound calls made, plus commission, based on a minimum of 100 to 200 outbound calls made daily.
3) Team Leader Sales Manager Opportunities for those that excel after six months of consistent production. Earn $1,600 to $3,200 per month override from a four-member team production, plus guaranteed salary and income from individual ads sold. Equates to over $100,000 annually for those that excel.
