  • We are seeking an experienced Commercial Architect to support our IT Commercial function, with a strong focus on Salesforce, Veeva, and Azure-based ecosystems.

This role will take a holistic, enterprise-level view across commercial platforms, integrations, and data, driving a platform-first architecture strategy that enables scalable and connected commercial capabilities.

Key Responsibilities: 

Define and drive end-to-end architecture across commercial platforms

Design and oversee integration patterns across CRM, omnichannel, content management, data platforms, and downstream systems

Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across the commercial ecosystem

Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate commercial requirements into scalable architecture solutions

Assess current-state architecture and define target-state roadmaps across platforms and integrations

Provide architectural governance aligned with enterprise standards and best practices

Identify opportunities to simplify, rationalize, and modernize the commercial technology landscape

Key Experience & Skills:

Proven experience as an Enterprise or Solution Architect within commercial space

Deep expertise in Salesforce and Veeva platforms (e.g., Vault) in a commercial life sciences context

Solid experience with Microsoft Azure, including integration services (e.g., APIs, messaging, data services)

Strong understanding of integration patterns, API-led architecture, and cloud-native design

Ability to operate across both strategic architecture and hands-on solution design

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Preferred:

Experience in life sciences or other regulated industries

We are looking for candidates who can bring a strategic, ecosystem-wide perspective while remaining pragmatic in execution and delivery. Candidates ideally would work an EST or UTC time zone shift remotely.
