About Saasinct

Saasinct is a woman-owned business that embraces equality, diversity, inclusion, education, and access to career development. As an East Coast-based Salesforce implementation partner, we serve Financial Services organizations, including Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management, and Private Equity.

We empower these organizations to become more tech-savvy and strategically aligned through Salesforce. We provide our customers with a unique combination of consulting and education, illustrating what a fully integrated technology stack can look like with Salesforce at the center. We win when we earn the trust and ongoing partnership of our clients, and we do that by continually finding better ways to collaborate within the Financial Services ecosystem.

Role Overview

Saasinct is seeking a Salesforce Solution Engineer to support the design, configuration, testing, and delivery of Salesforce solutions for Financial Services clients.

This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, Salesforce configuration, solution documentation, testing, and client enablement. You will work closely with clients and internal team members to understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and help build practical Salesforce solutions that improve how teams work.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who is early-to-mid career, hands-on, and eager to grow into deeper Salesforce consulting ownership. The right person is curious, coachable, and energized by doing the work, gathering requirements, configuring Salesforce, documenting clearly, testing thoughtfully, and helping clients understand what was built and why.

We are looking for someone who wants meaningful client exposure, real delivery responsibility, and the chance to build their craft inside a growing Salesforce partner.
