Position: SAP Crystal Reports Developer

- Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of SAP Crystal Reports
- Translate business reporting requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects
- Manage the end-to-end report development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, and deployment
- Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and enforce development best practices
- Perform report performance tuning, data validation, and issue resolution
- Ensure proper technical documentation, including report logic and development standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and delivery efficiency
- Support ongoing enhancements and maintenance of existing reports
- Required Skills & Experience
- 6ā10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Crystal Reports development
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including:
- Advanced queries
- Stored procedures and functions
- Performance tuning and optimization
- Demonstrated experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Nice to Have
- Experience with ETL tools or data warehousing concepts
- Exposure to other reporting or BI platforms
- Knowledge of SAP modules or integrations (not required)
