What You’ll Own:
- Prospect: Pull and clean lists in Apollo.io or similar platforms.
- Cold Call: Make 60–80 dials/day via Aircall/Dialpad (or similar), using power-dialer sequences and live voicemail drops.
- Cold Email & LinkedIn DM: Send 40 personalised emails/day plus 25 DMs/day, following a 5-touch cadence.
- Discovery & Pitch: Run 15-minute Zoom calls, quantify pain, and show a 2-minute demo.
- Close & Pay: One-call close, send Stripe Payment Link, and ensure Calendly slot is booked.
- Onboard & Nurture: Add to HubSpot, send course prep materials, conduct 7-day check-ins, collect NPS surveys, and request referrals.

Must-Have Skills & Tools:
- Phone-first outbound: 1–3 years SDR/AE experience dialing into U.S. SMBs; can handle 60+ dials/day.
- Copywriting ability: concise, personalised email sequences that avoid spam folders.
- Tools: Apollo (or similar), Aircall/Dialpad/JustCall (or similar), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoom, Stripe, Calendly.
- Objection handling: “Send me info,” “Too busy,” “No budget.”
- Native-level English; confident, upbeat phone presence. Able to explain AI concepts to non-technical owners.
- Availability during U.S. EST business hours, Monday–Friday.
- Solid AI literacy — familiarity with ChatGPT and Gen-AI terminology.

- Base: Fixed hourly, 20 hrs/week, with opportunity to increase.
- Commission: percentage of cash collected.
