As a Receiving Colleague, your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and unloading merchandise from delivery trucks
- Sorting and organizing merchandise based on type, size, or category
- Processing and signing for merchandise in accordance with productivity standards and timelines
- Stockroom management, including transferring merchandise to the sales floor and assisting with fixture and merchandise movement
- Providing excellent customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve department goals and maintain a positive work environment
We're looking for individuals who are:
- Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to communicate effectively with diverse groups of customers and peers
- Self-starters who can adapt quickly to changing customer expectations and needs
- Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
