Workday Consultant Remote, USA Detailed Job description Strong Configuration Experience and ability work independently on projects.
• Broad HCM Experience
• Workday recruiting configuration experience
• Strong Workday Compensation experience
• Workday Docs experience would be nice.
• Detailed Background in creating a new Job Profile Catalog
• Mass creating Job Profiles via EIB
• Mass updating Worker Profiles
• Mass Updating other Job Profile impacted areas (Job Requisitions, etc)
• Extensive knowledge of inner workings of Job Profile attributes (such as Job Level and Job Level Hierarchy and Job Classifications)
• Ability to audit and assess current impacted areas in the Workday tenant due to Job Profile changes
• Ability to perform tech gap analysis of any loads of Job Profiles
• Workday Compensation module experience, including setting up grades and ranges, creating eligibility rules
• Experience with Workday Security is preferred
• Prior experience in Job Architecture projects is preferred
