Senior Analyst, Commodity Management & Sourcing

Job Description:
• Plans, develops, and executes Supply Chain projects relating to cost and strategic improvements within supply chain
• Participates and contributes to annual goal planning initiatives
• Contributes to sourcing goals and overall roadmap metrics
• Analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information
• Evaluates vendors' capability, quality, reliability, and price competitiveness
• Helps develop a strategic plan for a commodity or a strategic supplier
• Negotiates and administers contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives
• Sets negotiation terms for the procurement of goods, services, and supplies
• Identifies and conducts research on suppliers to ensure that the organization’s standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply are met
• Responsible for overall relationship with one or multiple strategic accounts across a given commodity
• Leads sourcing process from RFQ to contract signature
• Ensures supplier or commodity is performing to the designed Collins requirements from delivery, quality and cost perspective
• Analyzes supplier data and price proposals to ensure acceptable pricing, quality, timing, and reliability of supply

Requirements:
• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
• Candidate must have supply chain or similar field experience
