Job Overview:


We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Transatlantic Pricing team, where you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing market-level pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and competitiveness. As a key member of our Revenue Management team, you'll leverage your analytical expertise, industry knowledge, and collaborative spirit to help us achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute transatlantic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and competitiveness

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including inventory management, network planning, and joint venture partners

  • Design and implement performance metrics, tools, and processes to optimize pricing effectiveness

  • Provide coaching and mentoring to peers, and contribute to the development of best practices and standards

Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you'll need:



  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for an undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline

  • 3+ years of experience in a related field, such as pricing, revenue management, or analytics

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in Brio/Hyperion/SAS a plus

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:


If you have the following, you'll be a strong candidate:



  • Familiarity with pricing systems, such as ATPCO, Sabre AirPrice AVFM, and DLTerm

  • Experience with unpublished pricing and joint venture partnerships

  • Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline, such as economics, mathematics, or statistics
