  • *About the Role**

As a Senior Associate, Customer Experience, you'll report directly to our Consumer Experience Lead and be responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of customer experience initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and tools, to identify opportunities for improvement and develop innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Partner with teams within customer experience, product, engineering, and tools to improve processes and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Analyze data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement plans to optimize key metrics, such as speed, quality, effectiveness, and customer experience
  • Collaborate with support and company-level leadership to guide priority projects and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, employees, and leadership, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of customer experience initiatives
  • *What We're Looking For**
  • 4+ years of experience in a competitive or challenging environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience working with data and analytics tools, such as SQL and Excel, to drive business decisions and optimize performance
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement plans that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines

  • Competitive salary, ranging from $74,800 to $110,000, depending on location and experience
