Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication and acknowledgment of contributions
- Prepare detailed reports on our CRM tool, Salesforce, and share weekly MIS reports with the Corporate Relations and Individual Giving Teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize operations, and drive impactful change
- Support the Fundraising team in submitting due diligence to donors, vendor registration forms, MoU coordination, and other ad-hoc tasks
- Manage communication with corporates, ensuring prompt and efficient support both internally and externally
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in supporting operations in Fundraising with NGOs (preferred)
- Any graduate degree
- Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Excel, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to plan strategically, set priorities, multi-task, and take ownership of routine tasks
- Resourcefulness in collating information from various sources and handling multiple priorities and deadlines
