Candidates should bring a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, U.S. Patent Bar admission, and 5–7 years of IP experience in a law firm or in-house setting, with a technical background in nuclear, electrical, or chemical engineering. Experience in patent prosecution, IP licensing, and technology transfer agreements is essential. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, effective communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on clean energy innovation.
Oklo is committed to building a diverse, high-performing team united by a passion for clean energy and a culture of collaboration, humility, ownership, and pathfinding.
