Senior Creative Manager - Remote Opportunity

As a Senior Creative Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand growth and deliver exceptional results. Job Description:

• Develop and align stakeholders to the integrated marketing strategy for brand or a portfolio of brands, including supporting strategies for the base business and innovations.


• Collaborate with brand teams to identify opportunities for brand growth outside of the annual IMX process and translate those opportunities into actionable strategies.


• Author and align key stakeholders to Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX) briefs, lead agency briefings, and identify innovative ways to measure the effectiveness of brand campaigns.


• Provide strategic thought-leadership throughout the IMX process, guiding internal teams and external agency partners to ensure adherence to and evolution of the strategy.


• Collaborate with the brand/category team to translate global/regional direction to North America Operating Unit (NAOU) and ensure the strategy is relevant to consumers and positions the brand for future growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required


• 8+ years of experience working in a strategic marketing capacity required


• Experience working with world-class creative agencies a plus


• Track record of inspiring big, award-winning creative thinking is a plus


• Ability to collaborate across disciplines to drive brand growth based on consumer insights, cultural trends, and business needs


• Ability to define overall IMX strategies and communicate with internal and external parties
